A deposit may be required before work commences.

Final payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Project Timelines

We aim to complete all work within agreed timeframes. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including material availability, unforeseen structural issues, or weather conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the property and project requirements

Ensure access to the property during agreed working hours

Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals (e.g. planning permission if required)

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced

Any refund eligibility will be outlined in your individual agreement

8. Warranty & Workmanship

We take pride in our work and aim for the highest standards. Any workmanship guarantees will be specified within your project agreement.
This does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors.

9. Liability

GEOBASE Developments will not be held liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Delays outside of our control

Pre-existing structural or property issues discovered during the project
